When you make an order

To shop at thestoreofo.com you havet o be at least 18 years of age and give out your real address.

After the order is completed we will send you an automated order confirmation. If something is unclear regarding the order we will contact you personally.

When ordering you give your consent for us to handle necessary personal data. We will not pass them on to a third party, except for our suppliers of payment and delivery services. We will always take reasonable matters to protect your personal data.

Packaging and delivery

Delivery time is approximately 7 business days within Europe and 10–14 business days outside of Europe, including packaging and dispatch. Orders are shipped via trusted couriers such as DHL, Poste Italiane, or UPS, depending on the most cost-efficient option for your destination.

Once your order has left our facility and you have received a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during transit.

Possible customs fees and import duties must be covered by the buyer and are not our responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for details before placing your order.

 

After delivery

The colours of the product on screen may vary from the actual product depending on limitations in screen display and file formats. We always try got get close to reality.

Purchaser's right of withdrawal last for 14 days. It’s very important that the product is unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), whips & paddles, ropes, and pleasure tools.

When you try your clothes on. Remember to wear underwear.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have any complaints, please contact us.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer pays the return postage. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
